New look MTL centre unveiled
Telecommunication service provider MTL has opened a state of the art service centre in Blantyre as part of its ongoing restructuring process which is aimed at ensuring that its service provision meets customer requirements.
Speaking when he officially opened the centre located near Crossroads off the Sanjika road, MTL chief commercial officer, Gladson Kuyeri, said MTL always strives to stay ahead of its competitors by continuously being innovative in its product offering as well as service provision.
“We considered what our customers look for when they come to us for services and arranged our structure in a way that is customer focused,” said Kuyeri.
He said the service centres will that ensure customers get adequate customer service, interface with the right people and get their problems resolved efficiently”.
