2 concerts for Sinach

Nigeria’s multi-award winning gospel musician Osinachi Joseph, popularly known as Sinach, will this weekend perform in the country.

The Nigerian singer will perform at Civo Stadium in Lilongwe Saturday before winding up with a show at Blantyre Sports Club on Sunday.

Her two performances come barely a week after another Nigerian gospel musician, Jimmy D Psalmist of the ‘Mighty Man of War’ fame, also performed in the country at Bingu International Convention Centre in Lilongwe.

Jimmy D Psalmist has since collaborated with Wendy Harawa and Lulu in a song titled ‘Chisomo’.

Sinach, however, will have more to show as she will perform in Lilongwe and Blantyre.

She will be joined at the two shows by the country’s musician Patience Namadingo.

“I assure Malawians to expect the best and I am prepared,” Sinach said through social media.

W h e n speaking on how she came by her stage name Sinach, she said:

“I chose that from my name Osinachi because it is easy to pronounce and catchy”.
