21 Grill wears new face
Protea Ryalls Hotel has said improvements to the hotel and its subsidiary 21 Grill Restaurant are part of the hospitality unit’s plans to continue growing its market share and exceed customer expectations.
According to Ryalls Hotel General Manager, Mischa Lehner, the hospitality chain’s services continue to be competitive while meeting international standards.
Lehner was speaking in Blantyre on Wednesday during a luncheon hosted to allow customers-appreciate some of the changes effected during the refurbishment exercise.
“Completion of the refurbishment exercise means our customers will experience a new feel of our services,” he said.
The changes included renovations of the entire restaurant and the introduction of a new menu.
“We have maintained our top-quality standards and we continue to enjoy a competitive advantage on the market,” he said.
