Concerns over delays by the Central Government to disburse funds under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) and limited resources under the Other Recurrent Transactions (ORT) budget line marked the last day of the 20th Local Government Authorities’ Annual General Assembly held in Blantyre City Thursday.
Delegates to the two-day conference also had disagreements over who should be the guest of honour during ceremonies marking the launch of development projects under CDF.
