All set for SME fair, starts December 18
All is set for the National Association for Small and Medium Enterprise (Nasme) trade exhibition scheduled to start today at the Trade Fair grounds in Blantyre.
Nasme Southern region chapter has organised a week long trade exhibition for SMEs to showcase their products.
The chapter’s chairperson Nizia Ndhlovu Chilenga said the exhibition will help the SMEs to realise their potential.
She said the participants will have a chance to learn more from the corporate world, especially the finance and quality sectors.
“The exhibition has also attracted financial institutions such as FDH Bank, NBS and Airtel through their Airtel money unit. The Malawi Bureau of Standards will also be in attendance to train the SMEs on how to produce quality products,” said Chilenga.
The exhibition will run from December 18 to December 24, 2015.
