Big Bullets bus in Friday
Nyasa Big Bullets’ state-of-the-art Marcopolo bus is expected to arrive in the country Friday from South Africa, the club’s interim General Secretary, Albert Chigoga, has confirmed.
Chigoga said the team’s representatives—Chairperson Noel Lipipa, Supporters Committee Chairperson Stone Mwamadi and his secretary Mabvuto Chibambo, and Chingeni Kadammanja were in South Africa to collect the bus.
“This symbolises that the team has made tremendous progress. But just because they [Nyasa Manufacturing Company (NMC)] have purchased the bus, it does not mean [that we] will push them to fulfill the other requirements. We know that this would be a long journey,” Chigoga said.
NMC has bought the bus in fulfilment the pre-condition which the team set as part of the takeover deal. The company was also asked to construct a stadium and three club houses
