TNM Super League champions Nyasa Big Bullets have cleared the mist surrounding the Bingu Ikhome Bonanza after confirming their participation in the inaugural event.

Bullets’ participation in the bonanza, scheduled for the 40,000-seater Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe, was doubtful.

Following their confirmation, Bullets face Blue Eagles, with Silver hosting Be Forward Wanderers in the two-day event scheduled for this weekend.

Bullets Chief Operations Officer, Albert Chigoga, said they signed the agreement with the organisers, Malawi National Youth Council, confirming that they would participation.

“We had to wait to play our Caf Champions League game against FC Platinum [of Zimbabwe]. So, when we came back from Zimbabwe, we confirmed to the organisers that we would be part of the tournament,” Chigoga said.

With most of Bullets players travelling to Botswana with the Flames ahead of 2020 Fifa World Cup qualifying match against the Zebras, Chigoga has challenged the remaining players to prove their prowess.
