Three Nyasa Big Bullets’ players may be heading to Masters Security FC for a season-long loan.
Bullets Chief Executive Officer, Fleetwood Haiya, Friday confirmed that Masters approached them for the services of midfielder Anzeru Joseph, defender Maneno Nyoni and striker Collen Nkhulambe.
Last week, Haiya, through a press briefing, announced that Mzuni and TN Stars were interested in signing the three players.
But yesterday he said Masters had shown more interest in signing the players. “I can confirm that we are in talks with Masters for a possible loan of the three players. We have not reached an agreement, but we are hopeful that it will work. Otherwise, Nchalo United have shown great interest in Cuthbert Sinetre,” Haiya said.
Masters Team Manager, Muhammad Selemani, confirmed about their interest in the Bullets’ trio, saying they want to beef up their squad ahead of next season.
Nkhulambe’s Manager, Mphatso Nyemera, said his player is ready to go as long as the two sides agree on the move.
Last week, Bullets terminated striker Andy Kamlete’s contract, weeks after also releasing defender George Nyirenda, strikers Jimmy Zakazaka, Bernard Chimaimba, midfielders Silva Chalwe and Macfarlen Mgwira.
