Blantyre Archdiocese to celebrate its patron
Blantyre Archdiocese will tomorrow celebrate its patron saint, Mary Queen of All Hearts at Limbe Cathedral.
According to Pastoral Secretary for the Archdiocese, Father Alfred Chaima, the Archdiocese will also be celebrating silver jubilees for Archbishop Thomas Luke Msusa and Reverend Father Fredrick Chinkhoma.
“Archbishop Msusa is celebrating 25 years of religious life while Father Chinkhoma is celebrating 25 years of priesthood,” he said.
Father Chaima also said the day will begin with a holy mass which will be led by Bishop Allesandro Pagan and Bishop Emeritus of the Diocese of Mangochi.
“Christians and well-wishers will come from all over the Archdiocese and perhaps other places too. There will be a luncheon thereafter and lots of entertainment,” he said.
