Bossaro Music Group to bow down on Times TV
Bossaro Music Group (BMG) will premiere its new video ‘Bow Down’ on Times TV’s ‘Fusion Live’ programme today to announce the group’s second coming.
The group, whose members are Cyclone and Iceberg, has returned to the music scene after watching from a distance for several months.
“Some unforeseen circumstances forced us to go behind the scenes but we are back to reclaim our position,” says Cyclone who took a long break from the music scene due to personal issues.
Cyclone, real name Patali Mkorongo, said he has come back stronger and he thanks God for giving him strength.
“I am back and this video is the beginning of more good things to come. Our fans should expect more,” he said.
His colleague, Iceberg – whose real name is Dalitso Mtambo – said BMG has a lot to contribute to the growth of urban music in Malawi.
“You might want to know that we have our careers but music remains our passion. We are in music to get rid of the misconception that musicians are irresponsible. We are responsible and we want to influence the lives of the youth in Malawi,” he said.
‘Bow Down’ was produced by DJ Sonye and it features Malinga Mafia.
