Bread and blood of Jesus revelation

After many had abandoned the Lord Jesus thinking He was out of His mind or He had become a vampire supporter, talking about body-bread and blood-drink, some remained with Him.

They understood the revelation of the figurative speech the Lord used.

Simon Peter brought in another surprise revelation to the Lord.

Peter said the Lord Jesus speaks the words that create and bring eternity to all who hear, listen and obey as the Lord speaks.

Peter knew that Jesus is the Eternal God by revelation from God the Almighty Father.

Then Jesus said to the 12: “Do you also want to go away?”

But Simon Peter answered Him: “Lord, to whom we shall go? You have the words of eternal life.” John 6:67

Peter continues telling the Lord Jesus that He is but the Christ, the long-awaited Son of the Almighty God, the Promised Messiah.

“Also we have come to believe and know that you are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” John 6:69 (New King James Version).

To arrive at this Messiah healing and deliverer revelation does not need science, philosophy, theology, anthropological studies, administration or any degree that Peter never did.

It takes God the Almighty Father to reveal Jesus, the Covid Healer, the Curse Breaker, Redeemer and Justifier of all.

Jesus answered and said to him: “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you but my father who is in heaven.” Matthew 16:17

The most final shocking thing today is that most of these people and leaders were all the same surprised to find out that the Lord Jesus never went to school or seminary, yet He knew the scriptures inside out.

This would have been another cause for revelation for the Lord Jesus but to many it did not mean anything. Shame.

The Jews were astonished.

They said: “How is it that this man has learning [is so versed in the sacred scriptures and in theology] when He has never studied?” John 7:15.

This was a great miracle that would have brought many to the revelation of the all –knowing Messiah.

God is omniscient and this qualified the Lord Jesus as the Saviour of the World.

The people saw it that the teaching of Jesus had powerful demonstration presence of God the Holy Spirit far much above the scribes and the Pharisees who were experts of the law.

But still they did not believe.

And so it was when Jesus had ended these sayings that the people were astonished at His teaching for He taught them as one having authority and not as the scribes. Matthew 7:28

Yes, it takes God to reveal the Deliverer, the Anointed and Covid Healing Lord Jesus to you when you really do search for universal truth of salvation.

Ask God to bring this Healing Lord Saviour and Deliverer to you.

God will show Him to you. Your deep friendship will be initiated and signs and wonders of Him will follow you if you believe.

“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” Matthew 7:7.

Oh Lord, Abba Loving Father, reveal the Lord Jesus to me deeper and deeper. In Jesus’ Name, I pray,
