One of the country’s insurance firms, Britam, has reaffirmed its commitment to continue offering best services and products to meets its clientele demands.

During the week, the firm joined companies across the globe in commemorating the Customer Service Week.

As part of the celebration, Britam committed to donate Personal Protective Equipment to some government primary schools.

Britam Chief Operation Officer, Wales Meja, said the donation is part of the company’s corporate social responsibility.

He said the firm is committed to continue offering best services and products to the local market.

“We recognise that our aim is not just to make profit for shareholders but we are duty-bound to provide a service to customers, hence we always ensure that we are the voice of the customer.

“We do not take their trust for granted and we promise to reward this trust and loyalty by giving them exception customer experience,” Meja said.

He then commended Britam staff and its partners for working tirelessly in offering good customer service.

Britam has been celebrating Customer Service Week for four years now and each year, it lines up several activities to reach out to its customers.
