Bucci to perform at Ka Jive 3rd elimination show

Bucci is the next artist set to spice up Ka Jive Dance competition elimination shows.
The artist will perform on Saturday at Ka Jive Dance competition third elimination show at Times Entertainment Studio in Blantyre, where 10 contestants will battle it out to earn a ticket to the next round.
The third elimination show will also see five contestants being evicted from the 10 contestants that performed in the second elimination show.
Bucci said Monday he was happy to bring his music to the Ka Jive contest stage.
“The performance has come at a right time as I have a new project on the market. I have a song titled ‘Golide’. The video was shot in Blantyre and we were honoured by Amaryllis Hotel to come in as one of the sponsors,” he said.
Bucci described ‘Golide’ as amazing.
“Cinematography was done by Keong Kadango, co-directed by Ron Cz and supervised by myself. The graphics were done by an underground graphics artist Henry and 3D Car by 3D artist Quincy,” he said.
The artist has collaborated with other acts in the song.
Bucci said he was looking forward to premiere ‘Golide’ on Times Television. The song was released on YouTube on November 4 this year.
“Now that it is out, I want to make sure that the song reaches everyone in Malawi and around the world,” he said.
Bucci’s performance at Ka Jive follows performances by Eli Njuchi and Phyzix, who performed during first and second elimination shows, respectively.
The elimination shows will see 15 groups being evicted with 15 groups cruising to the next round.
The grand finale of the contest, with the tagline ‘Tivine Zimenezi’, will take place on December 19 this year.
Times Group Commercial Manager Lusayo Msukwa said they had a horde of artists during elimination shows to give audiences a treat.
“Ka Jive Dance competition is a package and, as such, we want people to enjoy it; hence, having artists spicing it up. On top of that, we have participants who are doing their best. In fact, we have sampled exciting routines,” Msukwa said.
