FCB Nyasa Bullets Coach Kalisto Pasuwa has told his boys to double their efforts to get a positive result when they face rookies Extreme FC at Civo Stadium this afternoon.

This is the first ever meeting between the two sides.

The odds are stacked against Extreme having struggled in their opening two matches in the Elite League.

They lost 1-0 to Tigers before a 1-1 stalemate with Civil Service United last week.

For Bullets, this is their second trip to the Central Region in three matches having drawn 1-1 with Silver Strikers in the opening match.

Bullets might be in high spirits following a 4-1 victory over Mafco at Kamuzu Stadium last week.

In a pre-match conference, Pasuwa said his troops should exercise caution in this fixture.

“We must not underrate them. We need to put in everything in order to win the match,’’ the Zimbabwean said.

On his part, Extreme Coach Joseph Malizani said they are not scared of any team.

“We are in the league to compete. We will take the game to them and we hope people will watch a good game,’’ Malizani said.

Elsewhere, leaders Mighty Mukuru Wanderers host Ekwendeni Hammers at Kamuzu Stadium.

Wanderers have started the season on a high following their two victories against Civil (2-0) and Red Lions (3-0). They have six points from two matches.

On the other hand, Hammers have also been solid at the back as they are yet to concede a goal in two matches.

In other matches today, Mafco will host Karonga United at Chitowe Stadium whereas Chitipa United will face Dedza Dynamos at Karonga Stadium.

Action in the TNM Super League will continue tomorrow as Silver host Red Lions at Bingu National Stadium.

Bangwe All Stars will meet Blue Eagles at Mulanje Park Stadium whereas Mighty Tigers face Civil at Mpira Stadium.

Kamuzu Barracks will face Moyale Barracks at Civo Stadium.
