Chartered Institute of Marketing drills marketers
The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) has described its first refill workshop held in Blantyre last week as successful.
CIM Publicist, Isabel Kachinjika, said the refill workshops are aimed at sharpening the skills of marketers across the country.
“The response was phenomenal. There was a good turnout and the participants voiced their satisfaction with the training.
“This was our first session and the response is very encouraging as we are preparing for subsequent workshops,” Kachinjika said.
Kachinjika said the CIM Malawi board will hold a similar workshop in Lilongwe Friday.
One of the participants, Hedson Bantula, described the workshop as an eye-opener.
“The content has managed to cultivate a passion to think out of the box when carrying out business tasks,” Bantula said.
