Zimbabwe Premier League side, Chicken Inn arrived in the country yesterday for the Energem Bonanza which kicks off at Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre tomorrow.

“We are a much better team than we were last year. We are prepared for the tournament and soccer loving Malawians should expect fireworks as we have beefed up the squad with seven players,” Hara said.

He said they have Pattynya Nyamakura and Leroy Ndhlovu who were top scorers in Zimbabwe’s National Northern league and Southern Division League, respectively.

National team right-back Ian Nekati and Brian Musa are the other players to watch.

Chicken Inn finished third in the Zimbabwe’s top league last season.

Meanwhile, Songo are expected to arrive today ahead of their opener against Bullets.
