Chigo gets Maranatha Awards USA nomination

CHIGO GRACE—This is a milestone for me

Singer and songwriter Chigo Grace, who features contemporary Christian presentations in her art, has received three nominations with her three tracks in the Maranatha Awards USA.

The three songs are ‘Better is A Day’ for Best Prophetic Song 2021, ‘No Longer I’ for Best Thanksgiving Song 2021 and ‘Munoshamisa Mwari’ for Best Adoration Worship Song 2021.

A letter from Maranatha Awards USA has since congratulated Chigo Grace for the nomination.

“We hereby extend our deepest appreciation for all you do for the Kingdom of God and have seen it best to avail an opportunity to you to participate in our 2021: Maranatha Awards USA Global edition as a nominee,” the statement reads.

Maranatha Awards Global is a United States of America (USA) programme seeking to acknowledge effective kingdom diplomacy globally and it is facilitated by Maranatha Global Revival Networks.

Chigo Grace said Tuesday she was more than thrilled to be nominated internationally.

“To have an international platform recognise your work is something great. This is a milestone for me and I am grateful to God,” she said.

The singer has three albums to her credit: You Are Righteous, Beautiful and Breathe in Me Edition One.

“The album Breathe in Me Edition 2 is on its way and this is a project I am working on now,” she said.

Chigo Grace said she was always thankful to people for their continued support.

She has since called upon people to vote for her in the categories she has been nominated so that she triumphs.

“Voting ends on June 30. I would like to urge people to help me bring the awards home by voting,” the singer said.

The Maranatha Awards USA grand celebration gala running under the theme Season of Restoration will be held on August 28 2021 in USA.
