Christian reggae group Christafari and Avion Blackman gets down to serious business tonight, performing at Sunbird Capital Marquee in Lilongwe.
The show tonight comes barely a day after the group starred for free at Maula Prison.
The group is set to hold another free show Friday at Kalambo Ground.
Dubbed No Left Behind, the show tonight will see them sharing the stage with local acts such as Faith Mussa, Sangani Munthali, Suffix and Sam Mjura.
“We are urging people to embrace this opportunity by patronising the show with their family members and friends tomorrow, night(today). This is the first time for them to perform; so, this is a must not miss concert,” spokesperson of the organising team, Thokozani Chimbali, said.Advertisement
He also said the group had fun performing at Maula Prison.

From Malawi, the group from United States of America is set to perform in Kenya and Tanzania.
Christafari is a Christian reggae band formed in 1989.
The group centred on the personality of ordained religious minister Mark Mohr, an American, born-again Christian who until the age of 17, was a rastafarian.
Each of Christafari’s albums – notably Reggae Christmas, Greatest Hits Volume 1, Greatest Hits Volume 2 and Anthems – have hit the number one position on the Billboard Reggae Charts.
