Darts finds Kumudzi
Kumudzi Eco Learning Centre–sponsors of Central Region Darts League (CRDL)—have increased the league’s sponsorship from K1 million to K1.5 million.
Kumudzi Managing Director, Davis Mkwambisi, said he was impressed with the level of competition in the region, hence the continued sponsorship.
“I want to see darts being played at all levels, even in schools. I will continue sponsoring the league so that we should give darts players a chance to showcase their talent,” he said during prize presentation of the 2017 season at the centre over the weekend.
CRDL Chairperson, Macdonald Khosolo, hailed Kumudzi for the sponsorship.
“Darts has improved in the region because of Kumudzi’s sponsorship. We appeal to other individuals to emulate Kumudzi’s good gesture. We have talented darts players who need support,” he said.
During the ceremony, C2K were crowned CRDL champions, followed by Kamuzu Barracks Snipers and Centurion on positions two and three respectively. Engineering Battalion finished on fourth position.
