Musician Eli Njuchi said Thursday he plans to reach out to more places with his latest album Red Flag, having had his second launch last weekend at Lilongwe Golf Club.
Njuchi had his first launch in Mangochi in July, when he pulled a huge audience and it was the same case in Lilongwe.
“The support I am receiving is huge. I would like to thank people for the support. The journey I am on is nothing without their love and support,” he said.
Njuchi said he will keep on perfecting his music so as to give people the best during his performances.
His manager Prince Chikweba said next up on Njuchi’s itinerary is a show at Kasungu Stadium.
“We are also targeting a college tour and another show in Lilongwe in December. We will see how things work but Eli is motivated with the support,” Chikweba said.
Recorded at Matrix Records in Blantyre by Sispence, the 10-track Red Flag has songs such as ‘Gugugu’, ‘Chilembwe’, ‘Too Long’, ‘ Bodza’, ‘Block and Delete’, ‘Dzina’, ‘4Hrs’ and ‘Yampeza’.
His previous projects are The Book of Z and The Book of Eli.
