FDH gives K10million to Bible Society

FDH Financial Holdings Monday donated K10 million to Bible Society of Malawi which will be channeled towards the Jireh House Project under construction in Lilongwe.
The house would help the society widen its revenue generation base.
FDH Financial Holdings Head of Operations and Administration Mwiza Madanitsa said the firm was impressed with the project.
“One of our key pillars is sustainability, which is key in developing communities. So, whatever develops our community is something that we fully support,” she said.
Bible Society of Malawi publishes and sells bibles.
The society’s board chairperson Gary Jumbe said the funds would help in the project.
“The corporate partners have done their part by offering us the money but we need to give them back so that we redeem the building,” he said.
FDH Financial Holdings has subsidiaries such FDH Bank plc, First Discount House and FDH Money Bureau.
