FDH Bank Plc has unveiled an upgraded version of its mobile application, FDH Mobile, which the bank says will improve on efficiency.
The new application adds biometric registration and access, contactless transaction, transfers to Airtel Money and TNM Mpamba and KYC verification among other features. It also has a face recognition feature.
FDH Bank Head of Marketing and Communication, Levie Nkunika, said the upgraded version aims at providing efficiency to customers.
“Our innovations are inspired by our customer requirements and always cutting edge,” Nkunika said.
He said the new application has a lot of benefits including better user experience, more secure, seamless and more convenient.
In December 2019, FDH Bank Plc unveiled Whatsapp Banking, allowing customers to access FDH Mobile right on their Whatsapp Chat
FDH Bank Plc introduced FDH Mobile in 2013 and has a USSD system for transactions.
