Fire guts Mzuni Library, cause yet to be known – police

Mzuzu University library has been gutted down with fire in the early hours of today.

According to the police the cause of the fire is still not known.

Times Reporter who was at the scene says property such computers, books and some ICT materials have been burnt to ashes.

The fire fighters came at the scene late a development that led to students start stoning the emergency vehicle.

The fire has come at a time when students are sitting for examinations.
