She said they are very set for the show and that mothers will receive hampers through raffle draws courtesy of different companies citing among others Candlex Limited.

“We started holding events in 2013 where we came up with Gospel All Stars and then Mama I Love You and now this time around we thought we should have something different. We have different activities taking place,” said Sekeni.

She said among others people will be treated to performances by among others Patience Namadingo, Allan Chirwa, Ndirande Anglican Voices, Khama Khwiliro and Neligo Women Choir.

“This is the time to interact with our mothers and so we are ready, let’s come in large numbers and celebrate with our mothers. There will be a lot happening, we will not only have music but also comedies and we will also have a radio cartoon,” said Sekeni.

She said all the artists who will perform citing among others Namadingo, Chirwa, Ndirande Anglican Voices and Khwiliro have new projects so people are in for a good treat.

“As you are aware Patience Namadingo has just released his music video for the song ‘Msati Museke,’ and so this will be a chance for people to enjoy his song, we also have Allan Chirwa who has just finished his DVD and the same applies to Ndirande Anglican Voices they have a new project,” said Sekeni.
