Malawi National Football Team’s official sponsors, FDH Bank Plc, have touted the senior side’s exploits at the on-going Africa Cup of Nations finals in Cameroon.

FDH Bank Plc Head of Marketing and Communication Levie Nkunika said they were satisfied with the Flames’ remarkable run after reaching the knockout stages for the first time.

“As a sponsor, FDH Bank Plc has remained committed to supporting the Flames since 2016 to grow them as well as applaud their talent and performance. In the past few years, the country has witnessed growth of the Flames to the point of qualifying for the Afcon 2021 finals. Further to that, the Flames have put up a good show at the finals currently underway in Cameroon and have since qualified for the Round of 16 for the first in the history of Malawi Football,” he said.
