Four face eviction in E-Wallet show tomorrow

After its launch in Blantyre recently, the E-Wallet Talent Show season six gets down to the business of eviction tomorrow night.

The event, to be held at M-Theatre in Blantyre, will see four contestants being evicted.

E-Wallet Coordinator Anthony Kafuwa said the theme for tomorrow’s show is ‘Golden Oldies’ and thus will see the 12 contestants performing songs of such musicians as Brian McKnight, Whitney Houston and Tina Turner.

“The songs were also selected by the audience and we want to take this opportunity to call upon those that can make song selection to contact us,” said Kafuwa.

The eviction show will be spiced up by Edgar ndi Davis Band.

Kafuwa said they were happy with the response they have received from the audience since the launch.

He also said that the event was for family entertainment and that they were hosting it at a convenient place.

“M-Theatre is at Chichiri Shopping Mall formerly Cine Cinema. There is security and people should come with their families. Everything is there including light food,” said Kafuwa.

He said voting closes tonight ahead of the eviction and that currently people are sending contestants’ numbers to 54141.

“We want people to participate in voting and we want to make sure that this turns out to be the best show and we produce the right winner at the end,” said Kafuwa.

The winner in the E-Wallet Talent show is expected to walk away with a second hand Nissan Tiida worth K3 million.
