South Africa’s Golden Arrows’ Chief Executive Officer, Gordon Masondo, has said the club is staying out of any potential dispute between trialist striker Chiukepo Msowoya and Nyasa Big Bullets.
Arrows have been assessing the former Orlando Pirates striker on the understanding that he is a free agent, although reports have suggested Bullets may feel otherwise.
Masondo said Arrows’ aim was to make a call on Msowoya with Coach Clinton Larsen paying close attention to the player this week.
“Msowoya is here with us,” Masondo told KickOff. com.
“He is in the final assessment. They have a problem with him, not with us. What is strange about the whole thing is that when they announced him as their new player, they told everyone that they have signed him for one season.
“But if there’s something that they need to sort out… they must sort it out with him not with us. As for us, all we know is that the player is free.”—Kick-Off magazine
