Golden Peacock Hotel has pledged to continue introducing ser v ices that meet the needs of its customers and that are of good quality.
Assistant Marketing Manager Malumbo Kondowe said this during a cocktail management of the hotel organised for their customers.
Kondowe said the interface was aimed at promoting the hotel.
“At the end of every month, we will be organising such events because we want to promote the hotel. We also believe this is the best way to thank and interact with our customers,” Kondowe said.
He added: “We are one of the best hotels in the country and our aim is to maintain the good standards so that we attract more customers. We are enjoying the competition from other hotels and this makes us to be stronger to deliver best services to our customers.”
The hotel first organised a cocktail reception for its customers in March this year and will host the customers to another reception in May.
Chief Tourism Officer in the Department of Tourism Alice Magombo hailed Golden Peacock for the initiative saying it will help the hotel to attract more customers.
