United Kingdom-based award winning musician Hazel Mak famed for the track ‘Liyaya’ said Thursday that her latest song ‘Saka Saka’ might be setting the tone for what is coming from her this year.
The artist unveiled ‘Saka Saka’ recently which she collaborated with deep house DJ and producer M Patrick.
She described M Patrick as a top artist known for his legendary involvement in house music since 2002 and that he has run different labels such as Bomba Records SA, Khaya Lyf Music, Peng Africa and The Godfathers of Deep House SA.
“‘Saka Saka’ serves as a beautiful beginning of musical partnership. The song is an authentic amapiano record produced by South African triple platinum record producer, who is also Grammy nominated Murphy Cubic that’s worked with the likes of Holly Raye, Mafikizolo, Kid X to name a few,” she said.
The musician said people should look out for the music video for ‘Saka Saka’ dropping soon which was shot at Dzaleka Refugee Camp in Dowa.
