Homeland Family impresses in Lilongwe launch

Blantyre –based Seventh Day Adventist accapella group Homeland Family finally launched their latest album titled Panga Chisankho and a DVD titled Khala Maso at Chinsapo Secondary School Hall in Lilongwe.

The launch in Lilongwe last weekend follows the group’s successful launches in Blantyre and Mzuzu.

The group put up a power-parked performance during the launch.

Besides having a team of supporting artists, the group performed more songs satisfying the audience with their inspiration songs.

Some of the artists that spiced up the launch that also offered a perfect gift to the people, this being the festive season included Florence Maseya, The Shelter and Kamwana Family.

Some of the songs that Homeland Family dished out during the launch are ‘Ahitofeli,’ ‘Panga Chisankho,’ and ‘Sweete Grapes.’

Homeland Family Singers Project Director, Clement Twaya, hailed people for the support during the launch.

“We are thankful to people for the support in Lilongwe and again in Blantyre and Mzuzu. We just want to call upon people to take time to buy the CD and DVD to listen to the songs and be blessed with the message therein,” said Twaya.

He then said people should brace for the best in the year 2016.
