Lilongwe-based singer and guitarist Lulu was all smiles Wednesday when he finally received a cheque of K250,000 from Patrick Kabwiri of Printer Systems.
Printer Systems were the highest bidder of a CD of his fifth album Mwayenera during the launch which was held at Bingu International Conference Centre recently. Lulu says he is now serious with his music.
He described his sound in the latest album as mature and clean and that he has not compromised it. Lulu also said that he has what it takes to do better and that he was taking the right direction.
His other albums are Mbambande, Kumalembe, Sindilora and Ndakudziwa.
