Musician, dancer and event organiser Wendy Harawa, who is now into gospel music, has said she does not regret turning born again.
She said this Tuesday ahead of the launch of her debut gospel album Mundisunge Ndinu at Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) in Lilongwe this Saturday.
“I am at a better place. Happiness is in me and the launch of my debut gospel album is a big story for me to tell the world. There is nothing better than serving Jesus. It is grace after grace and I am a much better person,” Wendy said.
Signed to Major 1 Records of Prophet Shepherd Bushiri, which recently also signed veteran gospel star George Mkandawire, Wendy, said she has been working hard to prepare for the launch on Saturday.
“Everything is fine so far. I have been having massive rehearsals in preparation for the launch. People will be blessed on the day. People should come to see what the Lord has done,” she said.Advertisement

“All artists are ready. Jimmy D Psalmist all the way from Nigeria will land in the country on Thursday (tomorrow) as well as Onesimus,” Wendy said.
Apart from Jimmy D Psalmist, who collaborated with Wendy in the song ‘Chisomo’ alongside Lulu, the other artists set to spice up the launch are Patience Namadingo and The Great Angels Choir.
The song ‘Chisomo’ ,which is part of the 10-track album, also won Wendy the Outstanding Petition/Supplication Song of Excellence award recently in Kenya during the grand finale of the Maranatha Global Worship Music Awards held in Kenya.
Other songs in the album are ‘Bwenzi’, ‘Mbusa Wanga’, ‘Hossana’, ‘ Awesome God’, ‘Mighty God’, ‘Ambuye Ndiwonetseni,’ and ‘Yahweh’.
