I am recovering, says Sir Paul Banda

Legendary musician Sir Paul Banda has thanked people for their support to him, his brother Lucius and Isaac Liwotcha during this time that they are battling kidney, heart and bone problems.
Sir Paul has kidney and heart problems while his brother Lucius has a kidney problem whereas Liwotcha has a problem with bones.
The legendary musician, who has trained a lot of artists, is currently undergoing dialysis with his brother Lucius, who has just released a praise and worship track ‘Ndinu Yemweyo’.
“I had difficulties eating but there is a change and had difficulties walking long distances but there is an improvement now since I started dialysis. I am thankful to people for their support which I don’t take for granted,” Sir Paul said.
The musician also hailed Get Well Soon Club led by Charles Sinetre, Coss Chiwalo and Dr Raphael Piringu, among others, for their efforts in raising funds for him to go for medical attention in top hospitals.
“There are a lot of people doing initiatives for me and my brother and Isaac Liwotcha; thank you for the love and only God will reward you. Once I have recovered, I am looking forward to performing for the people,” he said.
The ‘Malilime’ and ‘Mtendere’ star also thanked the media for playing a role for him to get support.
