Kalowekamo said the contestants in Lilongwe will be battling at their own backyard, likewise in Blantyre.

He said they will pick the best three each in Lilongwe and Blantyre who will then battle it out in the national final.

Kalowekamo described the dance competition as a lifetime opportunity for dancers to display their various dance moves to the nation with the show set to be broadcast live on Times Television.

Last year Metics Dance Crew were the winners pocketing K1 million.

This year Airtel Malawi are the co-sponsors. The winner is expected to go away with K1.5 million.

The question is, among the 12 contestants who were selected in Lilongwe, who will be evicted and who will remain? The answer will be known after the battle Saturday.
