Former Be Forward Wanderers attacker, Jabulani Linje, is yet to make a debut for Yokohama Sports and Culture Club FC in the rough and tumble of Japan League-3.
Linje was reluctant to comment on his progress at Yokohama where he signed a two-year loan deal from Wanderers.
However, his appearance on the bench suggests that he might soon make his debut.
Information sourced on search engine, Google, shows that Linje has made just one substitute appearance in five games for Yokohama in the third-tier league.
He last appeared on the bench on March 25 when Yokohama drew 0-0 against Gamba Osaka Under-23 at Nipatsu Mitsuzawa Stadium.
On Sunday, Yokohama Manager, Yasuhiro Yaguchi, did not select the former Civo United attacker in the playing squad that lost 2-0 to Blablitz.
Linje, the first Malawian to play in Japan, was also absent when Yokohama lost 3-2 away to Morioka on March 21.
On March 16, Yokohama beat Tokyo Under-23 3-1 without Linje in sight.
Tottori lead the standings with 13 points from five games whereas Yokohama are 10th, with five points from five games. Sagamihara anchor the table with two points from four matches.
