John Banda and striker Schumacher Kuwali, are uncertain if they will return to Mozambique’s Ferroviaro de Nampula.
Banda and Kuwali joined Nampula on season-long deals, but their contracts are set to expire this month.
In separate interviews yesterday, Banda said several clubs were interested in his services after what he claimed was a successful debut season in Mozambique.
“We will see what happens before the start of next season. I have learnt several things in Mozambique. I think my game has also improved,” said Banda, who is back for off-season break.
Kuwali, who claimed to have scored 11 goals for the Mozambican club last season, said he was yet to decide on his future.
“I have several offers from some clubs in Mozambique. Nampula also showed interest in extending my contract, but there are some issues they are sorting out with Eagles,” he said.
Eagles General Manager, Gabriel Chirwa, said the club was yet to discuss with the two players over their future.
However, Chirwa recently claimed the club was planning to recall the players because the Mozambican team did not honour the agreement.
