The player still has a running contract with Civo until 2017 despite signing a pre-contract with Nomads.
In an interview on Sunday, Lanjesi confirmed that he was on the verge of completing his move to Wanderers.
“I have stopped training with Civo because I signed a pre-contract with Wanderers and soon I will start playing for Nomads. I had a meeting with Civo officials last week and I have explained to them why I want to join Wanderers,” said Lanjesi.
Lanjesi pleaded with the two clubs to sort out the issue in time to allow him play this season. He has not featured for Civo this season.
