Ka Jive in second eviction show
Ka Jive Dance competition Season Four enters its second elimination stage on Saturday with 10 groups set to battle it out.
The show, to be beamed live on Times Television, will be held at Times Entertainment Studio in Blantyre.
Times Group Commercial Manager, Lusayo Msukwa, Wednesday said they were putting up another exciting show.
“People should keep voting until Saturday. To vote, people are supposed to send the word Ka Jive plus the number of the group,” Msukwa said.
The 10 groups that performed in the first eviction show are Brightos, Soweto Babies, Anomix, Momentum, Tridax Chibaya, Born Major, Khybon Dance, Invisible Crew, Roll Up Dance Crew and The Gap Connection.
Shortlisted groups for this week’s show include 99 Ma Feel, Adobe Dance Crew, Luchenza Amazing Dancing Crew, Fearless Dancers, Jaiva.
Dance Crew, Walk the Moon Dance Crew, Robotronics, Messenger Dance Crew, Technical Dance Crew and EMX Crew.
The show will see 30 groups performing, half of which will pass through to the next round.
Winners of the competition will receive K1 million while runners up will pocket K400,000. The third group would walk away with K150, 000 courtesy of Mchinji Boys Construction led by Justice Katika.
Youthful musician Eli Njuchi will spice up the second show.
The grand finale will be held on December 19, 2020.
