Kell Kay, Black Diamond set to share stage in July concert

The country’s musician Kell Kay is set to come face-to-face with Black Diamond from South Africa in a Mingoli Music gig that will take place at Lilongwe Golf Club on July 22 2023.

Organisers Sound Addicts Live announced this during a press briefing in Lilongwe on Wednesday.

One of the members of the organising team Shadreck Kalukusha, who is a renowned sound engineer, said apart from Kell Kay and Black Diamond, the show will also attract artists from East Africa.

“This concert is huge and we expect to attract over 20,000 people,” Kalukusha said.

Other international artists that have confirmed their participation during the Mingoli Music show include Yo Maps from Zambia and Alaine from Jamaica.

Comedian Felistus Ngwira, popularly known as Nyauyu, who is the show’s ambassador, has since called for support from the corporate world.

“We need support if we are to executive this show well,” Nyauyu said.

Kentam Products and Recapo Solar Systems are some of the companies that have partnered with Mingoli Music concert.
