Lazarus Chakwera meets Peter Mutharika

President Lazarus Chakwera Sunday visited former president Peter Mutharika at his home in Mangochi.

State House Press Secretary Brian Banda confirmed the development, saying Chakwera, who was accompanied by First Lady Monica, wanted to give Mutharika and former first lady Gertrude compliments of the season, hence the first couple’s decision to cheer the Mutharikas up.
