Lilongwe-based up and coming gospel musician Chisomo Mwale is set to release a double – CD and DVD for her debut album Ndagoma Nanu.
Mwale said he was happy to have finalised work on the nine track album.
The album has been produced by Joseph Missi of Mzati Studio and Andrew Mpinganjira.
In order to give the album a variety of voices, Mwale has featured other artists such as Joseph Missi, Joe Manzy and Chikumbutso Banda.
“The album will only be available online at the moment and some of the audio tracks can be accessed on www.goluso.com. I will only have hard copies once the situation normalises,” he said.
The 18-year old has since called on people to support her by buying her original works.
“After listening to these songs, they will be encouraged that God is always there no matter what. They will appreciate Gods’ grace in their lives and worship God for who He is,” she said.
The first year student at African Bible College (ABC) said she was inspired into music by Ruth Missi and Ethel Kamwendo Banda.
She started recording in October 2019.
Some of the songs in the album include ‘Ndagoma Nanu’, ‘Ndilandireni’, ‘Nthawi Yatha’, ‘Ndidziyendabe’ and ‘Chisomo Chanu’.
