Lilongwe-based musician Luv C, real name Chikondi Chisale, has admitted that he has not been active of late due to other engagements but was determined to make it up with the fans this year.
He said he is looking forward to offering more mature songs.
Luv C said last year that he had planned to release an album but was affected by Covid.
“Again, as I indicated, I was doing school and, so, this kept me busy and away from music. Covid also slowed things but now I have all the space and I am geared to make music,” Luv C said.
He has since dropped ‘Ndi Inuyo’, featuring Angie. This is a track which resonates with the situation he was going through.
He called on fellow musicians to continue producing good music and strive for quality.
Luv C started recording music in 2013 and did a song titled Tisawasale which won an award in an initiative called Project April.
He has collaborated with artists including Nesnes in the track ‘Wakonzeka’.
