Malawi needs God’s intervention — LWC
Green Corner Living waters church pastor Emmanuel Chiodzeka says divine intervention is the only solution to various challenges besetting the.
Pastor Chiodzeka was speaking last Sunday at the church base in Blantyre during a special event to pray for the nation.
“The Bible tells us in various verses that other nations used to face the same challenges our country is facing now because of sin but God intervened and the problems were denounced once they repented and prayed to God faithfully and honestly,” he added.
The pastor also advised Malawians not to waste time pointing fingers at each other, observing that everyone has weaknesses.
“It’s not a one-man responsibility; we all need to pray for the nation. The political leaders can’t bring about rains, for example; only God himself can. That is why even our political leaders seek God’s guidance,” says pastor Chiodzeka.
The guest speaker at the event was Bishop Kapenga from South Africa.
