By Williams Gondwa:

Mwase said he had been monitoring training sessions for clubs, including Nyasa Big Bullets, Be Forward Wanderers and Ntopwa FC.
“I submitted several programmes to Fam [Football Association of Malawi], among them visiting Super League teams’ training sessions. I have started with Southern Region-based teams and, this weekend, I will travel to the Northern Region,” Mwase said.
The former TN Stars coach said he was ready for the draw as Flames were in pot three, which includes Madagascar, Zimbabwe, Central African Republic, Namibia, Sierra Leone, Mozambique, Guinea Bissau, Angola, Togo, Sudan and Tanzania.
“We have no right to choose which team we would like to face. We must be ready to face any team. I am so sure that the programmes I submitted to Fam would work to the betterment of the team. We have also proposed friendlies matches,” Mwase said.
