Musician Zani Challe launches skincare line
South Africa-based musician Zani Challe, real name Zani Chiumia, has launched a skincare line brand known as Challe Aura.
The artist said Sunday she was happy to have finally brought on the market the Challe Aura brand products.
“I am passionate about all things fine and luxury and, so, I have been working on this for some time but now I am ready. I am presenting to the world a skincare range of organic and natural products,” she said.
With only the finest ingredients created to suit all skin types, Zani said the Challe Aura range is the luxury skin line that is “a must have to you beauty regimen”.
“My five year strategy is on growth and penetration of the Challe Aura brand both locally and abroad. Launching the brand in South Africa is part of my penetration to give it a big launch in Malawi,” she said.
Famed for the track ‘Single Tonight’ in which she featured Nigerian artist Patoranking, Zani said she will be travelling to Malawi next week for meetings to strategise on how best the brand can be available on the market.
“I believe that associating my music brand into creating such brands will benefit me and everyone that works with us through job creation,” Zani said.
She said, despite trending with music, she has been passionate about skincare products.
“I love everything to do with luxury, I love skin to grow and I just love good things. This is not a South African product but a product manufactured by me and it’s a Malawian brand produced by a Malawian woman,” she said.
Her visit to Malawi later this month will not see her bring a large stock as she was still finalising other processes but is working hard to make sure that the products are available in the country by next month.
“So what I did is that I partnered a supplier and the lockdown gave me a lot of ideas and pushed me into making headway because I found out that I was missing products for the skin and so I had to go on YouTube and try out things,” she said.
Going by her name Challe, some of the products on the line include tissue oil, body scrub, bath bombs, shower gel, body butter, bath milk, turmeric soap, charcoal and tea tree soap and African black soap.
