Dan Lu has said he has been forced to adjust his programme following the leakage of his latest song ‘Gwedezu’ due to theft.
The musician famed for the song ‘Sweet Banana,’ a collaboration with Nigerian star Kay Cee, revealed that some people stole a CD of his latest song ‘Gwedezu’ from his car last week.
“I just took my song from the studio when my car radio got stolen including the CD and the song has been leaked.
People have been sharing it. I was yet to release it officially and I have now been forced to adjust my programme because I have no choice,” he said.
Dan Lu said he was disappointed that the song has leaked before time.
“All I can do now is to have the song on the ground although it has been leaked,” he said.
The musician, who missed the Afro Pop Award in the Nyasa Music Awards which went to Piksy, said he was working hard to give people the best and that he is preparing to drop a new album titled Game Changer.
“This song ‘Gwedezu’ actually is part of Game Changer. There are equally other good songs in there. I just want to thank God for the talent and people for their continued support because without them I could not have been here,” he said.
Dan Lu also said that he will be going on a tour of his ‘Sweet Banana’ song starting with May 27 at Amadoda in South Africa on May 27.
