Mybucks unveils loyalty campaign

My Bucks Banking Corporation has introduced a programme called Mybucks Yatentha; Your Loyalty Your Bonus Programme aimed at rewarding loyal customers with prizes.

The programme is targeting retail and microfinance customers.

By depositing and maintaining between K10 million and K15 million a month, customers stand a chance of winning Mybucks branded materials

With deposits in excess of K25 million, customers could win an exclusive dinner for two.

The bank would also be rewarding customers who use their digital channels, ATMs and cards on Point of Sale machines.

Mybuck Banking Corporation Head of Retail and SME Banking Mayamiko Kalizang’oma said in a statement that, through the programme, the bank intends to appreciate its loyal customers.

“Because we would like every customer to win something, we have put in place qualifying criteria through deposits and channel utilisations, and have attached wonderful prizes to those who qualify. No draws will be conducted, hence once one qualifies, they are automatic winners,” Kalizang’oma said.

He said the bank has also registered substantial growth in the digital transactions space despite the ongoing Covid pandemic.
