National Bank upgrades digital platform

National Bank of Malawi (NBM) plc has upgraded its internet banking platform, a move aimed at offering customers a new digital banking experience.
Dubbed BankNet360, the platform now has new features such as self-registration and self-password reset modules, an improved user interface and improved security.
NBM Head of Cards and e-Banking, William Kaunda, said the upgraded version brings comfort to customers.
He said the service has new security features.
“Additional features include a personalised profile where a customer can insert a preferred profile picture, change their user name and password,” Kaunda said.
He said the platform has also a corporate portal which has super user features that enable corporate institutions to manage all sub-users without involving the bank.
“The advanced user access matrix provides more flexibility when assigning levels of access to the platform for the various Institutions including authorisation levels and bulk payment feature,” Kaunda said.
