NBS Bank partners water boards
NBS Bank has partnered with the Northern Region and Southern Region water boards to facilitate smooth payment of water bills by customers.
The partnership, according to a statement issued by the bank, would enable customers to purchase prepaid water tokens from the two utility companies.
NBS Bank Chief Executive Officer, Kwanele Ngwenya, says in the statement that the partnership is important as will enhance use of safer ways of transacting electronically as a way of fighting spread of coronavirus.
“Additionally, customers will not have to spend hours on queues waiting to buy prepaid water tokens. Therefore, transacting through EazyMobile 322 offers service users secure, trusted and safe mode of payment,” reads the statement.
NBS Bank customers will have to first register on EazyMobile.
The bank has also committed to continue investing in its platforms and bring further convenience to customers.
