Nicholas Mhango back at Moyale Barracks
Nicholas Mhango is back at Moyale Barracks as coach, with Charles Kamanga reverting to the position of Assistant Coach.
Moyale Team Manager, Ger a ld Kan je, Thurssday confirmed the return of Mhango who was on a peace-keeping assignment in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
Mhango left for the DRC in 2015 and returned in June.
“He will be in charge of the team from the second round. He is a very experienced coach and his combination with Kamanga will help the team a lot,” Kanje said.
Kamanga was in charge of the team which reached the semi-finals of Carlsberg Cup and Airtel Top 8 Cup, losing on both occasions to Be Forward Wanderers.
In the league, Moyale finished the first round on position seven with 22 points.
Kamanga confirmed that he would revert to the post of deputy coach.
“I would like to thank the management of Moyale for giving me an opportunity to head the technical panel. I will still be committed to the club because I want to learn more in as far as coaching is concerned,” he said.
